Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent with the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature;
  2. Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled;
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, or if you are outside the United States, that you consent to the jurisdiction of any judicial district where Celebinews is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the DMCA notification or their agent.

Repeat Infringers

Celebinews will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate user accounts that are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
